FILEDITCH ABUSE

Report abusive content

FileDitch is an anonymous file host, not a safe haven. Content that is illegal or abusive gets removed — usually fast. If you found something that shouldn't be here, report it.

Zero tolerance. Child sexual abuse material is removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities. Reports concerning it are always handled first.

What to report

Child sexual abuse material
Non-consensual intimate content and revenge material
Malware, phishing kits and scam pages
Doxxing and leaked personal data
Terrorist or violent extremist content
Anything else clearly illegal

How to report

By email only. Discord and the general contact address are not monitored for abuse.

What to include

The full file URL(s), one per line — links, not screenshots of links
What the content is and why it violates
Any context that helps us verify it quickly

Reports with complete URLs get handled fastest. We can't act on "someone uploaded something bad" — we need the exact links.

What happens next

Every report is reviewed by a human. Content that violates is removed from all servers and links stop working immediately. We don't send confirmation emails for every report — if the link is dead, it's handled.

Law enforcement

FileDitch has no accounts, so uploads are not tied to any identity. The only information stored alongside a file is an upload timestamp and the uploader's IP address — nothing else.

We provide this information to law enforcement on request and cooperate fully. That said, we want to set honest expectations: uploads are almost always made through VPNs or proxies, so the IP address is rarely of much practical use. Requests go through the same email address as abuse reports.
